the staff was friendly.. i found the location convenient to the train station.
The room i was given was not what i expected. It felt quite old. the furniture looked tired and the carpet seemed dingy. it really brought down the experience.

We stayed in a beautiful room for three nights. the location was great. It was a ten-minute walk from the train station. it was also a short walk to the arena (about ten to twelve minutes). the staff was great. They were helpful with any questions i had.
the road outside was a bit noisy, and i could hear furniture being moved inside the building at 4am.

the location allows easy access to the city center. castelvechia is easily accessible too (i love this area!). the train station is close for day trips.

i stayed in a superior double room. the air conditioning worked very well. the location was convenient for both the city center and the train station. parking the car was possible there.
the room faced the street and it was noisy at night. traffic continued until 2 am. it resumed around 6 am.

Romantic Escape in a Secret Garden

The location offered easy access to both the historic center and the train station. I liked the complimentary breakfast served in 'The Secret Garden', a beautiful setting. Our room was quiet, I rested very well, and the mezzanine lounge offered tea and coffee, a lovely bonus.
The air conditioning wasn't optimal. I noticed it didn't cool the room effectively.

the location was superb, a short walk from both the train station and piazza bra. i appreciated the upgrade to a larger apartment in a nearby building. breakfast in the secret garden was plentiful, with an enjoyable variety of options.
the lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially with several pieces of luggage. carrying the bags upstairs was a bit challenging.
